Die Cut Boxes (DCB)
The Die-cut box is a custom design box with many more style possibilities allowing for unusual cuts, slots & scores. Die-cut boxes require the creation of cutting Die. Prime examples are display and
promotional boxes, pizza boxes, & others packaging boxes.
Full Overlap Slotted Cartons (FOL)
The full overlap box is a heavy-duty box for heavy-duty purposes. The flaps on this style extend all the way to the opposite side of the box when folded, completely overlapping each other.
This adds stacking and structural strength to the box, making it ideal for storing or shipping heavy items.
Full Telescoping Style (FTS)
Also known as the two-piece tray, the FTS is comprised of a top and bottom piece. The top piece, traditionally known as a “full depth top”, has slightly wider dimensions allowing it to slide completely over the bottom
providing extra thickness of material on all sides and end panels. Assembly of the top is done with staples or adhesive on the corner. The extra thickness of this box type provides compression strength suitable for high stacking
of fragile items. As a result, this style of box is often used for long, flat products such framed art and mirrors, or bulky items like rugs and lamps.
Half Slotted Cartons (HSC)
Although our half slotted carton box is similar to our RSC, it has only one set of flaps and leaves the top uncovered.
One Piece Folder (OPF)
The One Piece Folder (OPF) box is an ideal shipper for flat items with shallow depth such as books, albums, and plaques. This style features a single piece of corrugated with a flat bottom, end
flaps, and side flaps that fold over and meet to form the top of the box.
Overlap Slotted Carton (OSC)
Outer flaps of the overlap slotted carton extend partially across the width to enhance top and bottom cushioning.
Internal Packaging
Internal packaging provides shipment protection during the distribution process. Good internal packaging should have the ability to protect the product from shock and vibration, and then return to its
original shape to provide further cushioning.
Regular Slotted Cartons (RSC)
Both ends of the RSC have four flaps that are of equal width. However, two of the four flaps have longer lengths in order to meet at the center of the box when completely folded. Our bestselling
cartons are known for their highly efficient design for many applications, with little manufacturing waste.
Trays
Cardboard trays are effectively an open-topped box allowing quick loading/unloading of items. Their typical use is for the transit and display of fresh produce. Trays are supplied fully built or flat for easy assembly
with no glue or taping required.
